Sweet fresh and very tasty.
Very Fresh indeed
The fish is of good size and fresh! I steamed it in Cantonese Style and my family devoured the fish from meat to bones. It's been a long while since I saw them finished a fish like this (cause hard to get good fish). The only small complain is that the giles were not removed (on purpose?) and some small scales still attached at the fish tail.
Very fresh and tasty
Very fresh with no fishy taste... “even the head taste fresh!” praise by my mum.
